Terms and Conditions

We thank you for your booking and are confident that you will have an enjoyable and relaxing time during your stay. If there is anything you need please do not hesitate to ask, in the meantime please take note of the following terms and conditions of rental:-

1. We require a deposit of 25% of the total rental at the time of booking, this is non refundable.

2. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. In the event of a cancellation after that date no refund will be made. You are advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover unexpected eventualities.

3. It is expected that you will leave the property in the condition in which you found it. We require a security deposit of £300 to cover any damage to the contents or fabric of the gite. This sum is payable with your final payment and will be fully refunded to you within 2 weeks of the end of your stay providing everything is left in good order. A full inventory is available for your inspection upon your arrival, located in the kitchen.

4. If you do not want to give the house a final clean, we are happy to arrange for our cleaners to do this for you. The cost of this is 60 Euros, please just advise us if you would like this when you book and you can pay us upon departure.

5. Weekly rental periods are from 3pm on Saturday until 10am on the following Saturday.

6.The maximum number of persons in the gite will not exceed those stated on the booking form, unless any changes are agreed with us beforehand.

7. In the event of any damage to the gite rendering it uninhabitable for the period of the agreed let we undertake to refund any monies you have paid to us but we will not be liable for any costs in excess of this.

8. You are solely responsible for the care and supervision of your children, we will not be responsible for any accidents occurring to them during their stay.

This is a non-smoking property. You may smoke outside in the garden, using the ashtrays provided.
